Memoria

Memoria (or Styles in JP version) is the name of styles of characters obtainable as part of a squad unit. Memorias usually has differences in skill variety and also attributes of each, sometime also includes differences in elements and attack type.

Rarity

A Memoria

A Memoria is the most basic style of a character unit. It is equipped with basic active and passive skills.

S Memoria

S Memoria is a partially-enhanced style of a character unit, providing some Memoria special skills and also abilities. Some S Memoria may come with elements.

SS Memoria

SS Memoria is the highest level of a Memoria style. It is equipped with Memoria-exclusive EX Skill, which is a special "super skill" for the Memoria.　Each of the Memoria art can be also applied as a home screen lobby of the game.

SS Resonance Memoria

SS Resonance (SSR) is considered the special/upgraded version of SS Memoria, with the major difference is the ability to pull Resonance ability from any particular SS Memoria support skills. A special shard are also required to Limit Break this Memoria type.

Obtaining a Memoria

Gacha

Gacha is the main way to be able to obtain a Memoria, using either tickets or quartz obtainable in-game or as paid items. The gacha channels, called banners have their own specific rules and features to recruit any Memorias. Other than Collaboration, Unison and others that is stated as Limited, all memorias are obtainable permanently.

As of July 2025, only non-base SS Memoria (non-SS1) are included in regular Gacha pull, while SS1 Memoria are now separated into their own Gacha.

Obtainables

Some Memoria are obtainable outside the gacha window. The most common is via Event Exchange shop of any event, where some S Memoria will be able to be "exchanged" with Event Tokens obtainable in the specific event.

Some Memoria may even be given in Missions or any other special cases - such as SS0 Ruka which is distributed by completing Beginner Missions or via guaranteed gacha tickets like SS1 Yuri Nakamura.

Trivia

• SSR Memoria was recently added in the update on July 2025. While the purpose is to create a new rarity that is separate from SS Memoria in terms of upgrading and skills, there are criticism of its sudden addition and lack of eligible materials available for the time being, in addition to no other distinction when it comes to features and rarity (the memoria still shares rarity with regular SS Memoria).
  • A few SS Memoria was upgraded automatically as part of Legacy SSR Memoria: Ruka SS4 (Unison), Yuki SS5 (Unison), Yuina SS4 (Unison) and SS5, Nanami SS1, Bungo SS4 (Unison), Ichiko SS4, Bon Ivar SS4 and Misato SS4.
    • These Memoria are given an exception to be able to Limit Break using the ordinary SS Shard. The offer is extended to any SSR Memoria released until end of 2025 (JP Release), except Aoi SSR1 due to implementation issues.
